I am amazed with this product. I bought the chocolate bone broth collagen at a local health food store. I love the taste of the chocolate, but I ordered vanilla as well so that I could have it at night as chocolate late in the day tends to mess with my sleep schedule. Taste wise, I prefer the chocolate to the vanilla, but the vanilla is not bad tasting at all. For chocolate I combine the collagen powder, half of a frozen banana, ice, chia seeds, a little bit of peanut or almond butter and blend with almond milk. For vanilla I combine the collagen powder, half of a frozen banana, ice, pumpkin pie spice, chia seeds and almond milk. Both are very delicious and I use them as meal replacements or after my physical therapy. As far as the results, I was in a severe car accident fracturing my spine, foot, leg and ankle and have been looking into products to help with healing of the scar tissue, bones and ligaments. It is too soon to see results with that, however since taking the collagen I have gained better stamina, decreased hunger and more energy. I would definitely recommend this product to everyone and anyone and I will keep repurchasing. I also like the price point of the product. I may also dry Dr. Axe's Dr. Collagen in conjunction with the chocolate and vanilla powders.

This vanilla bone broth powder is really good. The flavor reminds me of a malted milk shake. Adds a nice nuttiness to whatever you use it in. Me, I put it in my smoothies. Or just on its own. 30 servings for $46 is a good deal. Most other brands don’t even have a full 30 servings. Why not is my question to them. This is a really good brand and I’ll continue to get it. Thanks for a really good tasting bone broth.

I’ve been taking this for over six years after suffering a rotator cuff tear and wanting to avoid surgery. During my research, I found many people reporting significant improvements in both their rotator cuff injuries and overall joint health. Within just two weeks of consistent use (two scoops daily), I regained full range of motion in my arm and was able to return to the gym. Everyone’s situation is different, but based on my experience, I’d strongly recommend trying this before considering surgery.

A quality product at a reduced price

I am very happy with ancient nutrition! I bought this because it was made from a chiropractor, I thought he knows the body so that's a great start! I bought the vanilla. I use it in my coffee every morning. When I ran out I just used some collagen I had. It didn't work for me. I ordered the bone broth again. So I was without it for about a week! My knee hurt and my tummy wasn't feeling good. So anyways when it came in the mail I opened it up right away being night I didn't want coffee so I made some honey tea and put some in. I don't believe in coincidences, but let me tell you I felt better after drinking that. So now I won't be without this product. It has helped me! I still have moments with some pain in my body and tummy, but that's life and called getting older lol! I am also not saying this is a miracle powder and is not for everyone, I am however saying it does work for me! I will tell people about it and I see a lot of people. Word of mouth goes along way. I just know what I feel like when I don't take it apposed to when I have it. So now I just have to make sure I don't go without it. So I would give it a try. As far as dissolving it might take a couple seconds, just give a few and it done. Patience that's all! Great stuff.

This is the first collagen powder I’ve ever tried and I hoped to be able to add it to my tea or coffee. It does not dissolve in the hot beverage, a lot of it sticks to the spoon and what’s in the cup clumps. I don’t do smoothies much but I can’t think of any other ways to consume it, may end up throwing it out.
