Sensei Slicer 6" Single-Edged Chef's Knife

Best knife I have every owned buy them a few at a time as one of ours the handle broke when we dropped it after using it for about a year .... Will slice right through frozen meat but also works great for thinly sliced vegetables! Super sharp & well worth the money !

Rented a beach house this Spring, and the kitchen came equipped with this knife. Really surprised because the rentals always had dull knives. We were really impressed with how sharp this tool was, so I bought 2 from Amazon. Some reviews complained about rust etc. My hubby is fussy about knives and always hand washes and dries them....so I am doing the same with the Sensei to hopefully avoid the corrosion. ( also have the spare one).

I love this knife! The holes in the blade make it perfect for cutting cheese and other difficult foods. The first knife sent was the wrong knife. I contacted the seller and he responded immediately and sent the correct knife. I highly recommend the seller and I plan to buy another knife.

Knife itself is sharp and nice. I especially loved the grip. However it is not rust proof. It rusted and broke. I initially bought it for $10 but now when I went back to purchase it again it is $30 now. This is a message to the seller, I would buy it if it is $10. It is not worth $30.

My wife uses this knife for everyday food prep. She likes the balance and the grip but most of all, how sharp it is. This is our second one because the first one broke after years and years of use. We also made the mistake of sharpening the old knife in a sharpener and it was not quite the same after that.

Disappointed with this knife. Although, I had it over a year I have $5 knives that have lasted 5 or more years. This knife is of poor quality and broke while I was cutting fruit. I would not recommend it.

I have owned this knife before and it is one of the best knives you will ever own. Very sharp, holds up well in the dishwasher. Cuts all foods very well and with ease. Be very careful, this knife is sharp. It is a must in our kitchen.

Nice knife and sharp. I do a lot of cooking and this has been a good buy. I hand wash the knife as the instructions say, but if you want a dishwasher safe choice move on.....
