i need caibration stickers for my measuring gauges in Q.C.

Assuming you're looking at the labels attached to this question. They are small 1/2" dia so you'll need to write with very fine pen. I've not had a chance to ust them yet.

Are these adhesive? If so will they stick to steel and brass?

Yes they are adhesive. They stick very well to steel and I'm sure other metals would be the same. For the best results clean the spot where the label is going with isopropyl alcohol, let dry then stick the label on.
