I have to reduce the rating.. Great product, horrible packaging.... Why are the top seals being neglected so badly in packaging...? Is there a trick to it that I'm just not aware of..?

Low cost and they seem to work. We are dieting (low carb) and started getting some leg cramps. After a couple days of taking these three times a day, no leg cramps and haven’t had any since. Overtime, we have found this brand to be reliable, getting the product was fast, and no complaints on the vendor side. I’m not a doctor, but that’s good enough for me. Of course, do your own research or check with your friends doc.

This is a huge bottle but the capsules are packed nicely. I need them to supplement my Potassium due to medications. It's jus the right dosage.

When traveling it’s really convenient to have these potassium pills on hand to make sure I’m getting enough. I used to get pretty hardcore cramps in my upper abs and never realized it was due to my potassium to sodium ratio being out of whack (not enough potassium, too much sodium). It used to happen any time I’d contorted my body into an unusual position, e.g. even something as simple as reaching for something in my glove compartment. It was at the point that I’d be constantly trying to keep my core straight, no twisting, bending, etc. for fear of getting the cramps. Since getting my potassium to sodium ratio above 2:1 the cramps have completely disappeared. It’s been life changing. I can move around freely again to my heart’s content. Nowadays I use mostly the potassium chloride powder mixed with water since it’s so much cheaper per serving, but I always take these pills with me when traveling.
