I think this might be my favorite Bachan's flavor. The yuzu adds a nice citrus taste & flavor that add a nice touch to seafood oriented dishes.

Wanted to find a good sauce for chicken for our kids that was not overpowering or too salty and this was a good flavor. Got it on sale and used it for chicken marinade, for chicken meatballs and then chicken skewers. Sauce is great because it isn't too thick or salty like many other sauces. Also, not as much sugar content in this sauce versus other teriyaki style sauces. Will also trying it out with vegetables and see how it works with them.

Love this sauce

This sauce is the best "teriyaki" sauce that I've ever had! The flavor is absolutely delicious! It's also super versatile and the consistency is perfect! I've eaten it mixed with some ranch on salads with fried chicken and its amazing! I know it sounds weird but mixing it with ranch makes it kind of creamy and adds some flavor to each other. It's also great on grilled chicken, ribs, stir fry noodles, etc!

I recently saw a cooking segiment on Good Morning America featuring this brand and immediately went to purchase all three - Original, Yuzu and hot and spicy. If you have not tried this brand and like the japanese bbq style sauce (better than teriyaki) you must order one each of these for yourself - just once and taste. You can use as marinade, dip or drizzle. And that is the solid truth! I tried it expecting good, but was blown away by exceptional. No, I am NOT on their payroll - but would be proud to be! I am hooked. Will be purchasing this brand only when I need an asian style sauce. Period. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. The Yuzu citrus flavor really shines and makes this an excellent marinade as well as a sauce. Warning: this is a JAPANESE BBQ sauce! It's much thinner than western BBQ sauces. So don't expect a thick sauce, you'll be disappointed.

We have become obsessed with this brand and sauce. We love all of them, but the green and purple flavors are the best. Only complaint I have is that they always seem to be sold out.

Same product as the basic with just a hint of citric. Nice I enjoy it, but it’s not worth extra money over the standard type. I use the standard now with a hint of lime juice, and get the same results. But truly, why wouldn’t I?.
