I recently purchased the Mark Manson 2-Books Set, which includes The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck and Everything Is F*cked. As someone who's read countless self-help books, I can confidently say this collection stands out.​The Subtle Art is a fantastic, no-nonsense guide to prioritizing what truly matters. Manson's voice is refreshingly raw and authentic, and his core message about focusing your energy on meaningful problems is genuinely transformative. It’s a book I’ve recommended to many friends, and it’s a great starting point for anyone feeling overwhelmed by modern life.​Everything Is F*cked delves deeper into complex themes, exploring hope and the problems of the world at large. It's a more challenging read but just as thought-provoking. While I found it to be a valuable follow-up, my one minor critique is that it doesn't quite have the same tight, immediately actionable feel as the first book. However, it’s still a powerful and important book in its own right.​Overall, this is a must-have collection for anyone looking for a fresh, honest, and impactful perspective on life, happiness, and our place in the world. I highly recommend it.

Very good books, must read.

The first part (subtle art) was insightful, but quite straightforward in places and having seen the Netflix documentary first, the book didn't add as much extra as I'd hoped. The second part (everything is f****d), however, is the real masterpiece here. Written in a colloquial style appealing to men in particular I have recommended this book to all of my friends who are a bit lost and wonder what being an adult actually means and what you need to do (about your emotional framework) to grow up. I'm still working on it, but boy has this book rocked my boat. Truly life changing. Maybe not on its own, but "everything is f****d) is the gateway drug to permanent and deep self growth, and a guiding light of easily digestible advice when other similar books can be a bit too academic. Highly recommended!
