Expensive but effective

For the past 4 years I’ve suffered from chronic constipation/ faecal impaction. Went to GP twice and told me it may be stress and first suggested senna and stool softeners. Then offered movicol. Neither worked. For the past 4 years I’ve been experimenting with different remedies and supplements. Including probiotics and fibre supplements. Combining fibre supplements with movicol / laxido (same product) helped about 60% of the time but I was never fully relieved. My problem was never getting the urge to go and if I did, my bowels would never fully empty. I could go days without having a movement. Sometimes I’d get so fed up of being bloated and in pain I’d take a dulcolax, which just gave my diarrhoea and after using that I’d go back to not having any movements for days. I had seen this product before when searching Amazon for constipation relief but was reluctant after trying so many others that failed. I didn’t want to spend so much on something that I thought was just another fibre supplement. However, when reading the description I found it said these pills contract the bowels to give a natural movement and is safe for long term use. The reviews seemed good and many people were suffering from constipation similar to my own. I took these tablets as soon as they arrived. I had 3 doses of two pills and within a few hours had 6 bowl movements. I know that sounds unhealthy but I was that backed up that it took 6 movements to get everything out. After that I continued to take 2-3 pills once a day along with a fibre supplement and after 4 years I can finally say I do not suffer from constipation. I am overjoyed. I go 1-2 times a day and feel fully emptied each time. The only thing I’ll warn you about is cramps. You may experience cramps before going to the toilet ( similar to cramps you get when suffering from diarrhoea ) but you will not have any accidents. I just ride out the cramps if I do not have access to a toilet and wait until I get home to go. Also DON’T forget to drink plenty of water. The instructions say drink two glasses of water as you take each does and it’s for a reason. Water really gets it into your system. I would also highly recommend taking a fibre supplement with this to ensure the stool isn’t too soft and your system is fully cleared. I don’t know how to explain it but I get the best results from these pills if I take fibre supplements along with it. If this product doesn’t work for you then your constipation is probably not chronic and requires something like senna or a stool softener.

Works but you really have to spend time identifying the right dosage and timing. Ziltch customer care. Absolutely non existent. No attempt to respond to any queries and no regard for customers. Expensive too.

Super expensive but does the job without griping pains.

Very overpriced,does not work that well.Does not fully empty bowel.It did not detox bowel. Caused lots of gas in stomach.Also took long time to work.Disappointing.

Kleiner Hinweis: Wie bei allen verdauungsfördernden Produkten reagiert jeder Körper unterschiedlich. Es empfiehlt sich, zunächst mit der empfohlenen Mindestmenge zu beginnen und ausreichend Wasser zu trinken. Bei anhaltender oder wiederkehrender Verstopfung sollte ärztlicher Rat eingeholt werden. Ich benutze es seit Jahren täglich und habe seitdem keine Verdauungsprobleme mehr. Fazit: Ein hochwertiges, pflanzliches Produkt zur Unterstützung der Verdauung mit ergiebiger Vorratspackung und einfacher Anwendung. Von mir gibt es 5 von 5 Sternen.

superbe produit naturel qui ne cause pas d’inconfort! La première utilisation a pris plus de temps à agir le temps que mon corps s’habitue .. Je peux prendre 2 capsules avec beaucoup d’eau tôt en soirée et le matin ça fonctionne en douceur ! je recommande et en plus les dates d’expiration sont loins et le produit bien scellé ! livraison rapide alors n’hésitez pas ! le seul négatif est son prix
