Problem
We bought this set up for our school with grant money. The first two hatching we very small bc the humidity part world not work. It would not hold a steady temp for that. Now about two weeks from hatching a third batch the temperature keeps going lower from 99.5 to the 70s. How can we get a replacement becAuse we are losing money on the eggs?
