I mix it my conditioner and in the hair pudding I made.

You can do either. You apply before shampooing and wash it out. You can also use it as a leave-in especially if your hair needs that extra moisture.

Hi i would like to know what do you mix the powder with to make the paste?

You can mix with Chebe powder with raw butter such as shea butter or mango butter. Add an oil such as olive oil, jojoba oil or avocado oil and this willl make a paste. Alternatively, you can take some conditioner and mix with it. The conditioner mixture can only be used when fresh but with the paste, you can make extra and keep for next use. Detailed instructions are also the Chebe Powder pouch.
