Very effective
This is very effective in joint health. I stopped using this for a few months and my joint pain returned. Then started using it again and pain went away. It takes about 2 -4 weeks before you notice a difference. Give it a try and you may be pleasantly surprised.

I got this supplement because I wanted extra support for my joints, and it has been a good addition to my routine.
