I want to use clean, body-safe pads that are more sustainable. I'll eventually transition to fabric pads and a menstrual cup, but in the mean time I'm happy with Flo pads. I've tried several other organic brands, and this one has become my go-to, for a few reasons. Most natural pads boast cotton as their main ingredient, but I don't like it as a single-use item because it's very resource-intensive to grow. I also have concerns about pesticide residue on cotton and don't want to use it "down there" for that reason (even if the pesticides are Organic). I feel like bamboo might be a more sustainable option for now, although my ultimate goal is to stop using disposable pads. As for comfort and function, I feel these are 10/10. The upper layer is soft and very absorbent, even on heavy days. I use their "Day" pads and "Night" pads (which are longer in the back to catch leaks in bed) and they're all great. I do wish there was the option to buy them without the individual plastic wraps. Those are convenient when you need to carry them in your purse and keep them clean, but at home I feel wasteful unwrapping every single one.

I love this brand and the pad is well made. I feel better about using these than the normal name brand as far as menstrual health goes.

This is an excellent pad for heavy periods. It’s very comfortable, and the pad absorbs quickly, leaving no mess. The price is also very reasonable.

Love this brand of pads - so soft and doesn’t stick to your undercarriage. I also never get any vaginal discomfort with these as I sometimes do with other brands. They’re also durable for the ‘average’ menstrual cycle - I’m not a heavy bleeder so I can’t speak to heavier cycles.

My periods are light to moderate. I have sensitive skin. I worry about the eco impact of chemical laced plastic pads. I desperately wanted to love these and it pains me to give them 3 stars. I want to give them 2 stars but I’m going 3 for environmental impact. The first 4 I used leaked. The only ones that didn’t leak I only wore about an hour or two… These need improvement. I first tried the Glo regular length with wings and had leaks at night because they weren’t long enough, so I switched to these to get extra length. 1: These do not pull moisture away from the body, so all day I feel wet and uncomfortable and the moisture eventually irritates my skin. The lack of moisture wicking down into the pad ultimately leaks to leaking over the sides of the pad as well .. fluid sits on the surface and builds up until it spills over. (The Glo line has side panels that try to help with that, though they aren’t super effective) These need a design that wicks fluid down. 2: They are smelly. I don’t want scented pads, but I think they might be on the right track with their Glo line which has a charcoal liner to help with odor. 3: The adhesive is a bit lacking (but better than Glo). First overnight the top of the pad came un-stuck and folded down, causing me to bleed on the underside (not absorbent) of the pad and ultimately all over myself and clothing. 4: Is difficult in the US (through Amazon) to get a hold of the full line offered. I’d love to get the Glo version in the same length as these, but with better adhesive. The only good things I can say is that I love the direction they are going from an eco friendly standpoint and these don’t irritate my skin the way the synthetic pads do. If these has the activated charcoal liner, a way to wick moisture quickly from body and better adhesive, I would use nothing else. Until these improve, I’ll be looking for a new brand of non plastic and non toxic pads. I do hope these issues are addressed because I’d love to see these improve!!!

I usually purchase a different brand through a subscription but somehow it got delayed and I had to purchase the Flo sanitary pads. These are absorbent enough and the wings helped them stay in place. The availability was good for me on such short notice.

I love that these pads are 100% cotton!! Highly recommend!! They are very comfortable to wear as well!

I gave these a go due to the fact that they were priced so cheaply (unsure if it was due to them being released or not.) I will now be sticking with this particular brand which is not something I expected to happen. I used to always use a very well known brand ~ that could begin with the first letter of the alphabet ~ however due to the issues that many people have, myself included, with the brand being convinced that they should all be scented this is the perfect switch for me. They do look very thin ~ more so than the previously mentioned brand ~ and I automatically assumed that they would be rubbish and that they could not be anywhere near as absorbent. I was completely wrong! I have very heavy periods, yet I went through less of these than I usually do when using the other brand. (These may seem thin but they work magic!) No issues at all with leaking, which is a first for me, and no irritation caused. They are very comfortable to use and certainly do not have that plasticky type thing about them which is a huge plus. The fact that these are natural is most definitely a huge thing and it is brilliant. I will be continuing to buy these and this is from a user of the other brand for over twenty five years! This box is perfect as a starting post as it certainly has the right mix in it. The night pads work amazingly well and no idea how the charcoal actually works but it has stopped the waking up during the night from flooding. I have gone from having to use countless, uncomfortable and irritating night pads during the day, due to heaviness, of being able to rely on just a few of these night pads instead. I honestly cannot recommend these enough and and I would definitely say to give them a try!

Tried these a couple of cycles ago for the first time & won't be going back to my previous big brand products. These are soft, comfortable, no soreness/rubbing or any kind of irritation, all things I'd sadly accepted as unavoidable until finding these. They make no rustling noises & you can barely feel you're wearing a pad. Yes they need changing a little more frequently but I find they absorb so much better than any other brand I've ever tried. No leaks so far even on heavy flow days. So pleased to see this product in my local supermarkets too. I've tried the day & night ones & definitely find these night ones a better size, day ones for me personally are suitable only for really light flow days. Absolutely no regrets in giving this product a try

Super comfortable, not smelly or itchy, and there are two different sizes in the pack which is very very handy! Could do with having some mre in there but its not like it cantains less than the usual box so all is good. I would reccomend stocking up on these rather than buying just one box :)
