What are the directions for taking?

My dr advised me to take 1 packet with Lauricidin in the morning 1 at night with a scoop of Lauricidin. Rebounder 15 minutes a day for the lymphatic system. 16 oz of celery juice 1st in the morning. 1

Do these have to stay individually wrapped? I have a trip and am wondering if they can be unwrapped and packed together.

Each serving is packed, individual with a combination of 3three formulas, yes you can packet them together, but make sure you do not take too many of one or the other.. they do sort of look the same, hope that help you
