Can I use this product to connect an old turntable (connected to an external preamp) to blue tooth speakers?

Since the turntable is is being used with a phono preamp containing proper RIAH equalization, this Bluetooth transmitter should work absolutely fine. One of the answers below is incorrect since it ignores the question referring to an existing preamp.

Range is up to 50-70ft (20-30m) indoors. Will that work through a concrete block wall?
