So I will begin with I have been taking collagen for several years. I take the full dose of two brands daily, this Vital Vitamins brand I switched to recently after deviating from another leading brand. I'm 46, male, endured endless abuse to my body in past times (too active, sunburns, etc); still look 30. Hair full and strong, nails grow so hard sometimes i cut or gouge myself with them on accident. Never get joint pain (I'm highly active which was the main reason for starting collagen), muscles heal insanely fast which allows me to put on massive weight gains (all muscle). Most important thing though is my skin is glowing, always feels like i just put on coco butter, all my pores closed and zero blemishes. Pure white skin, my younger brothers look older than me. Its crazy how potent and powerful collagen is when taken in high-doses; I love this brand compared to what I was taking even though the other brand did a great job, this one really went further. Almost like taking hyaluronic acid, the oils just flow out of your pores its wild.

Just bought it I don’t even taking two pills a day versus a three or four it’s recommended. I started out with One for the first week to see if there would be any relapse. I should say reaction. Now I’ve increased it up to two. I’m hoping to see a difference in my skin, especially in my arms. My doctor told me I needed to consume more protein, which is neat. I’m not a meat eater. I will eat turkey or chicken or pork, but I stay away from Beef. I just don’t care for it. Write an article and also watched a video from a doctor about collagen years ago. I used to take collagen for some reason I stopped. I have no idea why but I did but I’ve gotten back on it and let’s see if it works. I’ll let you know

This vitamin supplement literally helped with joint pain (which isn't what I bought it for). I also noticed my skin was looking healthier after a few days. But... Also subsequently after a few days, I've noticed I've been having diarrhea 1-2x a day. And not because I have any other illness. Stopped taking these and the diarrhea stopped. Unfortunately, this product just does not agree with me.

I have been taking this product since early March 2025 for joint support. I had also started exercising regularly a few weeks earlier and eating a lot healthier, to reduce my weight and have overall better health. In late March, I noticed a small rash on my inner thigh (it fit under a 2x3 band aid). My doctor couldn't identify it but, because I've had relative who have had Shingles, she said it might be that. I was preventatively prescribed an antibiotic and a topical steroid treatment. They took away the uncomfortable symptoms but the rash remains. I noticed that I also developed very mild acne and brittle finger and toe nails. The acne went away but the brittle nails persist. I have tried several different collagen supplements over the years at different price points. This has worked well for a good price. I tried to take a little less than the recommended dose (who wants to pop 3 capsules!) but taken at the recommended dose consistently has made a difference in a little pain in my right knee, my skin, but most of all my nails! They will grow but are weak and break especially without some kind of protective polish. I have polish on now but I had it off for a couple of days and I was shocked that they didn’t start to get little snags on the sides and break. The capsules are big but not huge. I have not problem swallowing with a gulp of water. I have not notice any taste or odor. The company seems reputable and 3rd party tested.

I been used this for almost 4months, I can say that quality is good and it was really effective for me🙂
