Carhartt Men's Paxton 1/4-Zip Sweatshirt

As usual, Carhartt delivers quality and a great fit at an affordable price. I particularly appreciate the collar inside the hood, which effectively seals in the heat and keeps out the cold. The large pocket is also a nice feature, allowing me to comfortably fit bulky gloves. The soft feel and overall fit of the jacket are excellent, and the arms appear to be designed to fit the body perfectly.

I had been eyeing this sweatshirt for about four years and never actually bought it, but my friends got me one for my birthday—and I love it. It has a slightly oversized, roomy fit that’s super comfortable, and the material feels durable and high quality, not flimsy at all. I also really like the extra pockets... they’re actually useful and a nice touch. Overall, it feels well-made and worth the wait. Definitely a solid, comfortable sweatshirt.

This sweatshirt is great! Heavy, warm, comfortable ... my husband wears it in place of a coat most of the time. He loves the quarter zip and the quality can't be beat. He's 5'10" and 185 lbs ... the XL is very roomy.

Jackets thick and well made. I’m a shop foreman in an auto repair shop and this jacket has held up to some abuse over the past 3 months. Welding, grinding, various other tasks that take a toll on clothes. Stands up well to oils and degreasers. Says heavyweight, and while it’s thick, it isn’t too hot. Could still be layered to add warmth. Offers mild to moderate wind resistance. Does a fair job in the rain, but it’s not a dedicated rain jacket by any means. My biggest complaint is the hood is oversized and very thick and ends up getting in my way. No fault of the jacket, I should’ve just opted to get the heavyweight 1/4 zip without the hood.

Loved the color. A bit warmer than I can probably use in the summer, doesn't breathe like classic cotton, but fantastic for chilly, drizzling days. Description says loose fit so the sizing ended up fitting a bit larger than I thought it would be. There is loose and there is oversized, falls right in the middle. Based on actual fit, I would have returned it and gone down a size had Large been available. Regardless, quality product, quality material, excellent hometown seller. Only complaint is the inside fuzzies were everywhere, even after three separate washes.

This is a great fall and spring bit of gear. It says it is good in a light rain. I believe it but haven't tried it. I have been wearing it non-stop since it arrived. It is warm, a generous fit (for most things I am XXL but on the Amazon recommendation bought XL) and there is plenty of room for something underneath and not to feel tight. It is built for every day wear and it is well made. BUT don't take the descriptor 'Heavyweight" lightly (no pun intended). This article of clothing is heavy. If you are expecting something warm and light and an easy all day wear - you should look elsewhere. But if you want warm, well constructed, and wears like iron then this will exceed your expectations.

Vraiment de grande qualité pour mon gabarit, je mesure 6,02 pieds pèse 245 livres mon physique est plus athlétique que grassouillet. Cependant il me va à perfection lorsque je lève les bras les manches reste au poignet. La taille est super la qualité. Vraiment impressionnant et la fermeture éclair est très résistante
