Can you tell me how many cycles and long I should use the boots each day

There are four levels of intensity or pressure. Each cycle is 15 minutes, but you can stop it at any time. How long is more a doctor question. My husband uses them 3 times a day, numerous health problems. they REALLY get the fluid off the feet and legs. I use them a couple times a week after I've done too much. At least 4 of my friends have purchased these after using mine. Worth the money!

Does this machine come with two cuffs or one?

I have long legs for a woman, 33" inseam. Will this leg massager be long enough for me?

Yes, it is plenty long enough. I love mine so much. It really helps with all my leg problems. I have lupus with causes all different types of issues; restless leg, edema, leg cramps, and joint and muscle aches. It is the best home therapy system I have used.
