Amazing brush I have a thick hair and this brush saved me a lot of time with better results

This is an amazing product. Works perfectly for me.

The box the product came in was damaged, the brush itself was clearly used, while sold as new. I also have doubts about the authenticity of the product, as the logo at the top was smudgy and low quality (which you would not expect for a product ar this price).

The box is all messed up, the item looked used and there’s dust all over it.

Very lightweight due to the ceramic head. Bristles are long enough for me (male with short hair which I blow up into a finger comb back).

Received this product in a damaged box. No seal or cellotapes. It looked like it was all opened and put everything together again.

This brush works very well with my short hair. It is well-made, easy to grip and lightweight.

I've been a fan of Osensia brushes since I got my first one maybe 5 years ago. I remember they're a privately owned company based in New York. I chose the second largest barrel size at the time The brush has a little tag attached, offering free alligator clips if you emailed them. But, I live in Canada and the offer was technically for US residents; even so, they made sure I got them, which I still have and use. That first brush was my go-to every day until the silicone part of the handle started to slip a few months ago. My handscan get sweaty when I blow-dry (it's hot in here during summer), which is probably why, between that and the heat of the blowdryer, the silicone covering finally had enough — but the bristles were still in perfect shape. When I went back to their site to replace it, they were sold out of that size brush, but they had the largest barrel size. Pretty sure my hair could handle it, so I went for that size and so glad I did. I absolutely love it and think it's a better size for me. So that's my main brush now. In meantime, I found a hack to fix my other one by using nail glue to tamp down the blue covering on the handle, so now I have two. These brushes are a pleasure. They glide through the hair like butta, hold heat, and your hair doesn't get tangled in the handle. Plus, they're so comfortable to hold, which is a dealbreaker for me because of the nerve compression in my hands. There's also a removable pic in the handle to create a zig-zag paw'rt, a feature some love for sure and helps hide the grey regrowth. I love, love, love Osensia, and so glad I got the largest size by chance. It's a great fit for me. Thanks Osensia (curious about the name actually 🤔). You've got a great product.
