When connecting a powered subwoofer that has a single LFE input jack and also has a Line in Lt/Rt RCA jacks, which should I use?

LFE is usually only used for movies. Music isn’t mixed with a dedicated channel for the bass. You would use the RCA connection to the subwoofer.

Can I connect these to a turntable that has No phono pre-amp built in?

I have not tried connecting my speakers in this manner, but I am fairly sure the answer is yes. The right hand speaker has RCA jacks as well as other connections, and it handles the amplification. So I think a turntable without a pre-amp will work.

Is the remote necessary to access Bluetooth and other features?

No. You can select the input (Bluetooth, optical, coaxial, etc.) and control the volume, bass, and treble via readily accessible buttons on the right side of one of the speakers. I might add that these speakers are astonishingly good, with outstanding sound reproduction in the treble, mid-range, and bass.
