Great shoes
Light weight and comfortable. When they first arrived I thought they were cheaply made but they’ve help up for over a year already. I haven’t had any issues and would buy again.

Shoes for crews is the leader in work shoes for a reason.
I dont know what people are looking for in a review about slip resistant shoes but they work, perfectly. I’m in a restaurant with constantly wet floors from spilled food or drink and while these treads do need to be blasted out at the end of every night, I haven’t slipped once. Easily grips the floors, comfortable enough although with my back and posture I’ll need to look for heel cushions or maybe better arch supports. I haven’t exactly gone jumping in puddles but my feet have yet to get wet so despite the very breathable mesh they do seem to be decently water resistant.

Very soft and light.
They are super comfortable and weigh nothing. excellent for a cooking environment.

What an outstanding shoe
I'm a barber. Wearing boots to work has gotten tiring and heavy. The shoes for crews offer support, alignment, and balance to my joints without the heft. These shoes have improved my comfort while standing for long periods of time without sacrificing stability or support.

Reliable, Supportive, and Built for Real Work – My Longtime Favorite
I’ve gone through 3 or 4 pairs of these Shoes for Crews Everlight sneakers over the years, and I keep coming back for a reason—they’re just that good. Whether I’m on my feet all day in a fast-paced environment or moving between different surfaces, these shoes deliver every time. They’re lightweight and breathable, but still offer great support where it counts—especially under the arch and heel. The material has just the right amount of stretch, which makes them easy to slip on and helps prevent pressure points or blisters during long shifts. Functionality is top-notch. The slip-resistant soles provide incredible grip on slick kitchen floors or tile, and they hold up well through wear and tear. They’re also easy to clean and don’t trap moisture or odors like some other work shoes. If you’re looking for something that balances comfort, functionality, support, fit, and long-term wear, this is it. They’ve been my go-to for years, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Good shoes except for..
EDIT: I have to lower my rating because it hasn't even been 5 months and the sole is already starting to separate from one of my shoes. I also want to add that they are incredibly difficult to keep clean with the mesh-like design. For the most part these have been the best non-slip/slip resistant shoes I've ever used. The grip is great and I love that the tread isn't like most non-slip tread that tends to easily get clogged creating a slippery sole which negates the purpose of the shoe. They are indeed very light and pretty comfortable but that comes with a price. The shoes are made from very thin material which offers little to no protection for your feet should you drop something or accidentally stub your foot against something. I shudder to think what would happen if a knife or some other sharp object fell on your foot. Also I find that water, or just liquid in general, easily gets in the shoe. I work as a dishwasher so that tends to be a problem. Bright side is they do dry out pretty quickly. Overall I am still happy with the purchase but I would caution others to think about the work environment you will be using them in when considering this particular style.

Finally, comfort and
Bought these for my husband who is on his feet all day in food service. He loves them. He has purchased many shoes trying to find slip resistant, yet comfort too. He says they feel light, yet supportive and they look nice, a bonus.

Sam Vime's 'Boots' Theory of Socio-Economic Unfairness
I was thrilled initially with the non-slip and comfort. The shoes looked fine, and fit reasonably well (though they are entirely cloth). Then wear and tear started. Within two weeks, the front had scuffed badly. Within a month a stick had managed to poke through the sole - not a sharp stick, or one that I stepped on head-on, but the branch bud from a stick laying sideways had managed to perforate the bottom of the shoe. My right foot was now soaked when I went outside. Then the leg pain started, because the other sole had started to collapse (unaffected by stick poking), causing my left foot to rotate outwards with every step. Within six months, the shoes look like I'd been wearing them for years. I transfer back to my not non-slip shoes and within a month the leg pains start to fade. My gait improves. My feet are no longer soaked. These were 65 dollar shoes. A halfway decent pair of hiking boots would have been cheaper and more effective, not to mention less injuring overall. Skip these and save up for something worth your time.
