This scale is crap, don't buy . no warranty, no customer support. Amazon is no help if you exceed the 30 day return period. Used twice, it headed to the landfill

The product itself is ok, but the advertisement is misleading because the actual dimensions are 17”x 21” and not 18”x21” as advertised.
