It’s a nice stopwatch, however the battery does not appear that it can be changed out… After spending this amount it is a shame that the battery is not able to be replaced easily.

I have not used it as much as I hoped. Shortly after getting it, I packed up and moved. It sat in storage for 3 years. When I dig it out to use it, I found it still running in the box. Obviously, it was slightly out of time and date considering running in storage. As soon as I pressed the light button and it started flashing and beeping, it's final act I guess as it was too weak to respond. My only thought was the instructions should have something about how to change the battery. Got the battery changed and its working perfectly again. Awesome product.

O.K., I possibly had higher expectations that this stop watch could never meet. I am a soccer referee, and my watch died. I was looking for something to replace my watch, which had the capabilities of my watch: A. Was LOUD and would get my attention B. Had preset, selectable minutes to use for end of half, with alarm going off at end of the time period This is a standard stopwatch, and has no selectable time period. You cannot use the ALARM function, as the loudness of this stop watch is very, very, low. You could never hear it go off in an active sports setting, where there was crowd noise. The timer works in a standard timer fashion, but there is no 'alarm' setting for the timer. I can only say that the stopwatch does appear to be well made, and is heavy. It would be a great sports official watch, if the alarm setting was GREATLY increased, and it had selectable time period (i.e. 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, etc. ). This is a software upgrade issue, as the body of the stopwatch is fine.

It does not look like the pictures at all. I chose this specifically for the pictured type of buttons-- but they are not like like that at all. I find them difficult to press. It's almost like you have to push the button down, wait for a (sort of) click, then keep pushing it down before it starts. The first click is misleading-- it feels like a click but doesn't start it. I foresee that going awry for my precise counts. It also arrived a little scratched on the front. No protective peel or anything-- clearly a used watch. Silent mode works well, though. It's also very heavy. It's a metal stopwatch of course, but I own a few metal stopwatches and it's definitely noticeably heavier than the others, if that matters to you.

Birthday present for my cousin. He has started by running. He likes the watch!
