Functional rain sensor.
Worked seamlessly with my Toro controller. Install and setup was straight forward.Price was at the upper end of what I would pay.Had our first rainfall today and the unit worked flawlessly.

A professional level sprinkler controller
Works great. I have this panel, wifi module and rain sensor installed. Very easy installation, the build quality is very good. The Rainbird app is OK. This panel does not have the huge power adapter which is a big plus for use outside, the power module is embedded in this panel box. I hope they enhance the Rainbird app to match competitors. For the controller itself it is solid and stable, better than competitors. I believe it will run free of problem for many years.

Rainbird Rain/Temperature Sensor
I like the fact that it controls the water on rainy days. It keeps the system from overwatering. Easy to install with Rainbird System

Rainbird wireless rain sensor works great!
This wireless rain sensor works great! I had a hunter wireless sensor previously but the transmitter battery is epoxyed into it so so have to purchase a whole new transmitter if the battery dies. Not with the Rainbird, the transmitter has a common 2032 battery that can be replaced. And the Rainbird receiver has a graphic display with many more settings that you can tailor for your lawn watering.

So far seems like a very good rain sensor
I trust Rainbird and I think this sensor will be great. Love the ability to adjust rain amount trigger on the electronic panel and not having to clime up to the sensor. Removing sensor for maintenance does not require tools - which is great. The only issue I had is that the mount would not clip on my (standard) gutters. I was hoping that I could just mount on the gutter when purchased this, so it was a bit of a disappointment.

Great sensor for any irrigation controller that supports inside loop sensors
I have a Hunter Hydrawise controller that I had a Hunter Rainclik sensor connected to. The Hunter sensor battery is sealed into the sensor requiring replacement of the whole unit every 10 years. (The 2nd senso battery just died.) My parents had the Rainbird sensor. It works very well and has a replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts 3-4 years. All adjustments are done at the transmitter installed by the controller (inside). It's working very well with my Huinter controller.

Replaced my 7-yr old unit. Was incredibly easy install. Works great.
