Giving this review after using 6months. *Super useful for under nutrition, lactose intolerance people (especially for those who cannot be able to digest dairy products like milk, paneer, cheese etcc). No age limit but can be used after 18+ age. *Excellent taste *Do not ad sugar at all a big NO *Offline price is higher *Authentic powder *Gained weight within a month, 2020-2025 weight is 60-62Kg after using this protein powder suggested by a doctor in Yashoda hospitals Gained weight to 70Kg. * Must use for malnutrition, skinny, low energy people * I drink 2 times a day (Morning between 11-12, Evening 6-7) replaced of Tea and coffee suggested by doctor. *Use just for a month and see the results
