These work!
These are easy to swallow, about the size of an M&M. They are effective and the price is good. I have an issue with water weight since menopause and tend to have my feet, ankles and hands swell. I started using these around a year ago, I think. Maybe a. Little longer. I take one in the morning and if the swelling is very much, one at night (as I'm up every couple hours anyway.) They do make you pee A LOT so don't take them at bedtime unless you're okay with being up a lot. I've been very pleased with them and haven't had any weird side effects. I'll definitely purchase again!
