I ordered this for a family member with dementia. It has helped so much with eliminating the urine smell from the adult pads. The body odor is gone. What a GREAT PRODUCT!!

I use this product to clean up after my 14 year old autistic sons bowel movements I use it along with wet wipes and find that it is very efficient and effective. Makes clean up easy. No irritation no strong scents. Great quality.

If you or someone you care for suffers from bowel incontinence, you already know what a hassle cleanup can be. I experience urinary and bowel incontinence and uses adult diapers for management. I was using a dozen or more adult wet wipes for cleanup after a bowel accident, but still never felt clean afterward. There was always a lingering odor. I read a post online suggesting using McKeeson Perineal Skin Cleanser with dry wipes. It has been a game changer. I use a dry wipe to remove the bulk of the stool, then I spray the McKeeson Perineal Cleanser and allow it to emulsify the remaining stool for a minute or so. Then spray a few squirts on 2-3 dry wipes to remove the remainder of the stool. A few more squirts directly on the skin followed by a final dry wipe. My skin feels soft, clean and conditioned. I smell fresh and clean with no lingering odor, ready for a clean diaper. Bowel accidents are no fun, but this makes managing them easier.

My husband is largely bedbound after hospitalization and needs a partial bedbath (groin, arm pits, skin folds) every day. A gallon of this light scented body wash lasted 15 months. Originally I bought what they had at the hospital-Clean-life No Rinse Foaming Bathwash (8 ounce size.)It was good, but expensive. I saved the dispensing pump, and now refill it with the much cheaper McKesson solution. This is a game changer from using wash cloths and a basin, a boon to caregivers who need to simplify things.

This product is pretty good. It’s great for all skin types easy to rinse away if necessary does not leave behind a residue or any stickiness it’s great for reducing odorous smells. Decent value for the money. Pretty good for cleaning up those that struggle with incontinency.
