Satisfied!
I am truly impressed with this item! I ALWAYS read reviews before I purchase anything, more so the negative reviews. I saw some reviews saying that it's not sticky at all. THIS THING IS STICKY AS HEL***!!!! It'll grab your edges if you let it lol. I used the light grip to cut craft paper and light cardstock and this thing held it DOWN!!!! It was a PAIN to remove but to me that's a good thing. I'm not fussy or a complainer so it works for me. I am going to really test it an come back to this review in one moth to update and give my full thoughts and experience. So far, I am pleased!

Get A Grip!
I'm a fan of pretty much all of the HTVRONT products I've used, specifically their permanent vinyl. I bought these mats as an alternative to Cricut and they work great. I would offer a word of caution though as the adhesive is VERY strong when you first use the mats. If you're using paper-backed vinyl you will have problems removing it after cutting.

Must-Have Cutting Mats for Cricut Enthusiasts!
I recently purchased the HTVRONT Standard Grip Cutting Mats for my Cricut, and I am beyond impressed with their quality and performance! This 6-pack of cutting mats has quickly become an essential tool in my crafting arsenal, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. First and foremost, these cutting mats are perfectly sized at 12x12 inches, making them compatible with my Cricut Explore Air 2/Air/One/Maker. The standard grip adhesive is just right—not too sticky and not too weak—ensuring that my materials stay securely in place during the cutting process. One of the standout features of these mats is their ability to clean well for reuse. After each use, I simply peel off any excess debris and gently wipe the mat with a damp cloth. The adhesive remains intact, allowing me to reuse the mats multiple times without any loss of grip or performance. This not only saves me money in the long run but also reduces waste—a win-win in my book! In terms of durability, these mats are top-notch. They hold up exceptionally well to repeated use and show no signs of wear or tear even after multiple projects. The adhesive remains strong, ensuring precise and accurate cuts every time. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the HTVRONT Standard Grip Cutting Mats and would not hesitate to purchase them again in the future. If you're a Cricut enthusiast like me, I highly recommend adding these cutting mats to your crafting supplies. They are a game-changer and an absolute must-have for any crafting project!

Great quality with a good mix of variety.
These work just as well as the critcut brand Matt's. You get a good amount and they are of great quality. Love that I get 6 Matt's in this pack, as well as being color coded similar to the critcuts Matt's and which colors mean for which material as well as the different strength of the stickiness of the matt.

Alright as a Dupe for the Cricut Mats
Was hoping to use this for felt, but my felt sheets kept coming up and not properly sticking. Found out that I had to apply pressure in order for it to stay and go through my cricut machine. Overall, not a bad item for an alternative/dupe of the cricut mats.

PURPLE MAT IS WAY TOO STRONG BUT OTHER ONES ARE GOOD
I bought for the purple mat since the other colors I have lose their grip too soon. Usually my purple mats do well. Well this purple mat from this company is way too strong for my use. I use cardstock and paper usually 80lb or better. My paper stuck to the mat and it was so hard to clean. My project was useless when taken off. The other two mats are pretty good so I gave this product 4 stars. I used the scraper that comes with it and it is decent but not as good as Cricuts.

My go to. Favorite mats!
My go to mat. I use these religiously. They last through several projects and much more affordable than the big box names. They are stickier than cricut mats, I suggest tacking it a bit before putting cardstock down.

Be Warned! This is WAY TOO STICKY for a Light Grip Mat!
I recently purchased a set of Strong Grip and Light Grip mats during the Black Friday sale, hoping for a reliable adhesion without compromising the versatility of my Light Grip mat. Unfortunately, my experience with the Light Grip mat has been less than satisfactory. The adhesion of this mat is so intense that it surprised me. I accidentally dropped the back of a book of Recollections Paper which is kinda like a light cardboard on the mat, and to my dismay, it refused to budge. I understand the need for a good grip, especially with Strong or Standard grip mats, but the Light Grip mat shouldn't be this sticky. It's more like a Standard or even a Strong Grip mat. To make matters worse, attempting to use Vellum on this mat was a disaster. The vellum adhered so strongly that it caused all the sheets to roll onto each other, creating a frustrating mess. Sadly, one of my mats has already been ruined with pieces stuck everywhere. This unexpected level of adhesion makes me question the practicality of using the Light Grip mat for various projects, as it seems to lack the finesse needed for delicate materials like Vellum. While I appreciate a mat that provides a good grip, I believe this Light Grip mat goes overboard, potentially compromising the user experience. After further experimentation, I encountered another issue with the Light Grip mat that I feel compelled to share. When attempting to cut Starcraft vinyl, I noticed an alarming behavior - it seemed to have an appetite for the vinyl backing! The mat's adhesion was so aggressive that it not only held onto the vinyl but also clung tightly to the backing, making it incredibly difficult to separate the two. This unexpected behavior not only slowed down my crafting process but also resulted in wasted material and frustration. As someone who values precision and efficiency in my projects, I find this issue particularly concerning. A mat should enhance the cutting process, not complicate it by clinging to the materials in an uncontrollable manner. Considering the issues with both Vellum and now Starcraft vinyl, I'm growing increasingly disappointed with the performance of the Light Grip mat. It seems to lack the finesse required for a variety of crafting materials, and I would caution fellow crafters, especially those working with intricate designs or delicate materials, to think twice before relying on this particular mat. After a series of disappointing experiences with the Light Grip mat, I've decided to return the Strong Grip mats I purchased without even trying them. If the Light Grip mat's excessive stickiness is any indication, I fear the Strong Grip mats may pose an even greater challenge than I'm willing to handle. The fact that the Light Grip mat proved too sticky for delicate materials and caused issues with both Vellum and Starcraft vinyl raises concerns about the overall quality and usability of these mats. Crafting should be a seamless and enjoyable process, and unfortunately, my experience with these mats has been far from that. I appreciate a good adhesion for my mats, but it seems that the manufacturer may have overlooked the balance needed for different grip strengths. I would advise others, like myself, who value precision and ease of use in their crafting projects, to exercise caution when considering these mats. Returning the Strong Grip mats is a preemptive decision based on the sticky situation I encountered with the Light Grip variant. I hope the manufacturer takes customer feedback into account and works towards improving the adhesion balance for a more user-friendly crafting experience in the future. Until then, I'll be exploring alternative options that better align with my crafting needs.

So much time and money lost!!!
DO NOT BUY THESE - well, unless you'd like to spend time peeling bits off. These are NOT light grip. Their grip is almost twice as strong as the green mats that I currently have. They have destroyed much of my materials and I have spent just as much time using them in my machine as I have cleaning pieces of my destroyed projects off of them. Waste of time and money.
