My product came leaking through the box. Who can I talk to for a refund or for product to be re-sent?

Have you tried sending a message to the seller? My items weren’t leaking when I received them but if they had been I would message the seller right away.

Yes, you can say it makes your curls come alive. I have natural waves and using the Pacifica curl cream definitely has accentuated my waves. I love the results.

Does this product have coconut or coconut oil in it?

Doubtful? But cannot answer with certainty as I threw it out after 5 or 6 uses. Left my hair feeling dry and like straw.
