I’ve been using the UGREEN Bluetooth Transmitter for a few years now, and it’s been an absolute game-changer—especially on flights. I bought three of this type of product recently, this being at the mid price point of the three. See the photo. I liked that it has the 3.5mm jack built in making it the least fiddly of the three products. The soomfon for example requires two cables, power and audio output, this, if it is already charged, requires no external cables. Although smaller it felt robust and better made than the cheaper unbranded product. Output was at a fixed volume level that level being the same as the Soomfon at it's maximum and the same as the unbranded product which also has a fixed output level. The Soomfon's volume control only turns the output down from what is otherwise the same output level as the other two. I'm really not sure what the point of that control is. However, like the Soomfon this u-green is quiet in between tracks and quiet in quiet passages of music. Pairing was straightforward. Each of the three uses a different encoding to receive data from your source (phone usually I guess), but, apart from the noise issue with the cheapest of the three they all sounded pretty much the same to me. Perhaps the difference will become apparent over time or with more demanding, say, classical, material. Overall, of the three I would buy another of these if I needed another of this product type.

The instructions for this item are so overly complicated. It comes down to this - hold button for 3 seconds to turn on and double click to enter pairing. It worked initially with my AirPod 2’s and sound quality was fine and the device worked as expected. Pairing it to my AirPods Pro 2 worked but found audio quality poor so I switched back to AirPod 2’s and the device refused to connect just kept flashing while both devices were stuck in pairing. I asked for support from UGREEN and they offered no support apart from what was already stated in the guide. Avoid buying this device and buy something else instead. Support is poor and device will be returned

I'm sure it's a good product but not for me, I intended to use it on my yamaha silent guitar, instead of using plug in headphones. With the blue tooth transmitter there's a microscopic delay between me actually plucking the string and hearing the results. Most disconcerting.

Just what I was looking for. Use it in the car with my phone rather than an audio cable and it's much easier and sounds better. Also tried it on the plane with headphones too to watch telly and it worked brilliantly.

Works Fine, but Battery Life Is Very Disappointing The device works as expected overall, but the range is fairly limited and the battery drains incredibly fast. It basically needs to stay plugged in continuously, otherwise the battery is empty after just a couple of hours of use, and certainly doesn't last 11 hours as advertised.

Seamless and easy to connect with any audio device which doesn't have a Bluetooth connection. There is no lag and output seems to be good enough. Its small and compact and the battery life is also fair enough.

Works well. I have been in and out of cars that do not connect with bluetooth but do have a AUX plug. I can plug this in and listen to music and calls from my phone there are two setting TX which is Transmit. and RX is what I used to connect phone to car AUX plug. Press and hold the button to turn on, than turn on your phone look for the UGREEN in the bluetooth menu. Just know you will only get about 8-10hours of use and if it dies just use the USB-C to charge. Good device I might buy another.
