I can honestly say I was absolutely miserable have intense hot flashes and waking up in the middle of the night covered in sweat and burning from the inside. No fan could cool me off. I've taken this every morning for a little over 2 weeks and my hot flashes are barely noticeable. Nights are normal. I had forgotten what it was like to sleep without waking up sweating and feeling like I'm going to die of a heat stroke. I'm happy this works for me and very happy it's natural. This is a wonderful product. I will buy it again, and again, again! It's worth every cent.

I use Red Clover for many health benefits and especially before winter due to viruses and immune system issues. It’s great for so many things. I also use it for inflammation and circulation support. It’s also good for hormones for men and women. It’s always part of my health routine!

Probably not the best but definitely doable. I use these for blood cleansers bc I get boils in my creases a lot. This does do a cleanse but it doesn’t last very long (effect wise) yet it takes forever for them to start showing signs of improvement. That or my blood is just beyond saving lol

Esperé hasta que se me acabaran a ver si llegaba a notar algún cambio o algo a lo largo de su consumo y nada; las consumí porque en teoría contiene Isoflavonas (componente similar al estrógeno) ya que buscaba feminizar un tanto mis rasgos físicos y nada, literal nunca sentí ni el más mínimo cambio en absoluto en ningún aspecto. Me siento estafado, tal vez su efecto es mínimo o nulo en hombres, no lo sé, igual no le echaré la culpa al producto pero al menos, como hombre, es completamente inservible; hablaré con un doctor al respecto sobre a ver qué puedo hacer.
