One of those rare occasions where a generic spare part for an older piece of equipment (toilet flush with split plunger) fits with no problem. But flimsy but good price for a two pack.

Needed a flush button to replace the missing one on a job I was on. Wasn't the right fit for the type of flush valve on the loo but 5 mins with the multi tool saw that sorted. Was the right size for the hole in the cistern lid and contrary to Gordon's review the supplied nut was more than adequate to secure it in place. Maybe he shouldn't have been trying to tighten it with a 3ft wrench, it's not like it's bearing any load. Easy to install, competitive price (was actually surprised when 2 turned up), toilet now flushes without the aid of a Screwfix pencil.

Very good and cheap

I was replacing a tube operated syphon unit as part of a bathroom refurb . I was unable to reconnect the push button assembly as the cistern had a ceramic outer lid that covered the cistern. Fitted syphon and this new push button meaning for future maintenance the lid/ cover can jyst be lifted off. Excellent result as the alternative would of been a new pan -/ cistern..
