I've been taking this product for about 6- 7 months. I have trouble meeting protein goals so I researched this and it has worked wonders. I'm a runner and while I do lift weights my goal is body recomp and drinking this before and after a run has helped with preventing muscle loss with all the running I do. I noticed a huge difference with evidence also seen in my in body scan numbers. Note I'm perimenopausal so muscle building and preservation is of particular importance. I like the fruit punch and watermelon. I did not like the lemonade. It is a little pricey as I go through a lot of it. But I highly recommend.

It tastes good and from what I looked has the suggested minimum effective dose of the nutrients. I am getting a really nice pump on workouts that previously gave me a much smaller pump.

I love this stuff. I bought this to help me have a lot more energy and effectiveness in the gym. Prior to taking it I would crash out on the couch every night after dinner. It couldn't be helped or stopped. As soon as I started taking these I was able to stay awake all night til bedtime. I love them so much
