My speaker stays paired even when i exit the car. how do i turn off the speaker if my calls keep going to the car & i don't know it?

Either physically turn the speaker switch off when you exit the car (easiest) or go to your phone Bluetooth setting snd turn it off there. The automatic proximity connect without asking can be a pain.

Can it give directions from Google maps /Google assistant or only Siri assistant ?

I don't think it will do goolge maps. But it will do google asst Siri
