It’s heavier than a hoodie, but a little lighter than a winter coat. It’s about the weight of a letterman jacket.

I'd recommend a small if you'd like it to fit more snug or medium if you want it with more room. I'm 5'7 and ordered a large and it's a bit loose on me.
