オートミールは普段からよく食べますが、ロールドオーツのちょうど良いものを探してこちらを買いました。麦のあまい香りがほのかに感じられます。他のメーカーでは、味がしなくて紙を噛んでいるのかと思うような製品もありましたがこのロールドオーツはおいしい。牛乳もいいですし、水と塩で煮たお粥もいい。とくにお粥の場合粒の細かいインスタントタイプよりもロールドオーツの方が美味しいです

Nutritiva y de excelente calidad
Normalmente compraba la versión "sin gluten" de esta avena, que cuesta el doble. Ahora decidí comprar esta porque está más económica y me cayó muy bien, la recomiendo. Tiene un sabor único, no se apelmaza, además de que no tiene azúcar añadida, ni sodio, ni otros conservadores. Sigue siendo una avena cara, pero creo que vale la pena, no hay que escatimar cuando se trata de alimentos que nos hacen bien.
