These really do work incredibly well, it seems that people just don't know how to properly apply them. They will last throughout the entire day, and sometimes they'll stick a full extra day with even with a shower. If placed correctly, they look very natural. I'll do a step by step because it really is quite easy. Step 1 (the most important step): Clean your ears, and the skin on your head by your ears, with the alcohol pads. If you don't do this, they will not stick. You will run out of the pads that are included if you use them daily, so you'll need to buy extra alcohol pads, or get some rubbing alcohol and cotton rounds. Step 2: Take a strip, make sure the split side is facing up, and then fold the strip in half. Peeel/fold both of the sides halfway down (Do not peel the paper off fully). Step 3: Cut the strip in half along the crease you just made. Take one half of the severed strip (save the other half), and then cut it in half vertically. You should have two strips now out of one half. Step 4: Feel the back of your ear. There should be a crease that runs through the middle of it. Peel the folded side of one of the strips off, and place the adhesive along this crease on the back of your ear. Do the same for the other ear. Let sit for 2 minutes. Step 5: Fold the back of the strips off, and press your ears against your head, making sure to move any hair out of the way. Hold for 1 minute. You should be done! Once you get the hang of this, it should take you less than 5 minutes to apply.

Helps my toddler with his fragile ears and heavy glasses. I just cut them in half vertically to make thinner. And then in half again to the sole the of his ear.

How to use ! do not use the alcohol wipes that come with these just use wet toilet paper and wipe the back of your ears best if used out the shower dry skin these things are a wonder i love them i been buying them for 2 years now i have horrible ears that stick out you have to cut them almost in half so they hide tucked into your ears its the best way they work for me THESE NEGITIVE REVIEWS ARE JUST TROLLS THESE ARE THE BEST THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENED TO ME I ALSO WEAR THEM GOING SHOPPING UNDER MY HAT PLEASE NEVER STOP SELLING THESE!!!
