Battery operated Oral B Toothbrush

I received my order later than anticipated. The battery operated toothbrush does not work. For the price of ten dollars, I expected to receive a working battery operated toothbrush. This item was one of six items ordered and it was the last to arrive. I am currently not mobile to purchase the items I ordered. I will return this inoperable toothbrush when I am able so that I can receive a refund. My recent orders have had issues with packaging, delivery and quality. I am a Prime Member but services at Amazon have changed and not in the best possible way.
