The chuck on my craftsman cordless drill would slip and unlock, drill bits FALL OUT in hard to find places. The chuck was impossible to remove. I removed locking left handed screw, put ginormous hex keys in chuck and hammered the fool out of it. I heated it with propane torch until the rubber parts smoked and chucked a snap on tools 1/2" drive hex driver into it and hammered the fool out of it with an Ingersol-Rand model 230 impact wrench for a long time. I CUT the chuck into tiny pieces with a four inch angle grinder and a cut-off wheel....took more than an hour. This chuck screwed right on, runs true and holds tight. Good price, quick delivery. I Love it!

Works great and holds my drill bits without slipping. You do not need to tighten it up with Gorilla hands either.

I used it for my 18v Milwaukee drill good fit and fixed my issue with broken chuck.

This is a great and inexpensive replacement chuck for the Weider 1837 chuck used on Porter Cable drills. It uses all steel construction and costs less than half of the OEM replacement. If you have another brand drill, be sure to check your drill to make sure it has a 1/2 inch FINE thread shaft coming out of the drill. Follow instructions on You Tube as the removal screw is left hand thread with a T 15 wrench opening. This chuck will get your drill working properly again.

Seen some reviews with customers that replaced there Milwaukee drill chuck so I had high hopes, finally got the broken chuck off my drill and went to install the new one and doesn’t fit, also had to wait 2.5 weeks to get it, not to happy

Purchased this for the M12, but it is far too large. It fits great on the M18 drills. Works well and seems like it is good quality.

Good in a pinch but the jaws wear out quickly like they are not heat treTed to harden and will wear down and not hold onto bits. Sometimes the inner workings will fetch up and cause it to not remove from the tool without cutting it off.. but cheap and a chuck so check.

Fit my Milwaukee drill. Easy to install. Fairly well made. Good value.

Fit perfectly onto my 5 year old Milwaukee M18 1/2 drill Cat No 2606-20. very easy to change use a 1/4 inch drive CHV PH3 Philips head bit to remove the retaining screw (left hand threads so to loosen turn right) DONT USE A NORMAL NUMBER 3 SCREW DRIVER YOU WILL JUST END UP RUINING THE SCREW !! re and re time about 10 minutes
