How would this do with sucking up toddler vomit?

It won't suck anymore the toddler keeps screaming out the nozzle

I can't plug it into my car ???

It's a standard 'plug' for the cigarette lighter in cars. Should be a universal fit. Plug in as normal and then give it a gentle extra push. Is the rocker switch on the Car Vac in the correct position???

i'm looking for the filter to replace the old one, but i could not find it. please help me. thank you
