What is the size of the buffs?

The spongy rectangles are 3 3/4" long x 1" wide... Grit is not on these... The stick files are 7" long... The multi-buffers are 6 3)4" long x about 3/4" wide

Do these products work well with acrylic nails?

Yes, I gave about 1/2 of the pack to the lady who does my gel acrylic nails. and kept the other 1/2 for myself. (I live in Costa Rica and these supplies are not always available) The spongy buffers MIGHT be not as strong as you want for shaping acrylic nails, but are fine for smoothing minor "oopsies" where the gel "escapes outside the mold". Buying in a pack like this is also way cheaper than buying individual buffers that cost about $1 each in the US.

What are the actual grit numbers for each of the 7 steps on the one buffer and for the rectangular sponges?
