Sorry I Barfed on Your Bed (and Other Heartwarming Letters from Kitty)

This book is such a cute and funny read, especially if you’re a pet owner. The stories are lighthearted, relatable, and genuinely heartwarming, with just the right mix of humor and “aww” moments. It’s perfect for relaxing, flipping through before bed, or giving as a gift to anyone who loves cats or dogs. I found myself smiling the whole time, definitely a feel-good book that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

This is such a funny and true to life little book, with hilarious and relatable letters written with whimsical charm and humor by the author from the cats perspective. I love the way the letters seem to tell what is really going on in each kitties thoughts, and they give a fun perspective on the often strange and mysterious workings of the quirky feline mind!! The photos that accompany each letter are a joy in themselves!! It is the perfect size to take with you on a a long car ride, or just to take out when you need a smile put on your face. The title alone is enough to get a laugh out of even the most serious person!! It is also the perfect companion book to Jeremy's other equally awesome book "Sorry I Pooped In Your Shoe". I have them both, and after even the worst day I can just look through them and instantly get cheered up!! I know now what I will be buying everyone as gifts this year!! And yes...my cat has actually barfed on my bed before,but she is also gracious enough to allow me to continue sleeping on it!! I highly recommend this book!!

I would give this 3.5 stars as a nicely amusing cat comedy book. Fun, and worth checking out. Good pictures and fair variety of ideas. Maybe not be a thigh-slapping riot, but certainly smile and chuckle worthy. Pleasant and silly. Reading it on the kindle iPad app isn't the best as it presents text and pictures unevenly, often making page breaks before or after the intended one.

I saw this book in a book catalog. As a crazy cat lady, I was instantly curious. I ordered it on Amazon and read it start to finish. I laughed so hard I had tears in my eyes. This book is hysterical! I'm glad I also ordered part 2 and will read that too cover to cover. Jeremy certainly does know cats. If you are a cat mom or dad..... Get this book! You won't be disappointed

This book is just pure heart warming cuteness and fun. Who wouldn't love a little letter from their cat or any pet once in awhile? This is a fun little collection with a picture of the cat, their name, their age, and topic of their letter. Then various topics of thought and motions of everyday life are given the kitty treatment and voice. I read it all in one sitting and had to share with fellow cat lovers. Just a fun, cute read to brighten the day and make you smile. A Huge 5 stars.

This was a silly Christmas gift but it made both me, and the receiver laugh so I would recommend buying as a gift. It is not very long, but the perfect little book to peruse for a few chuckles. The pictures are adorable and most of the letters are pretty funny and I can imagine my furry minion sending them.

If you liked this book, you likely will also like Jim Edgar's "Bad Cat". I personally thought one page ruminations, in Jeremy Greenberg's Sorry I Barfed on Your Bed, supposedly written by cats were too lengthy. I must be ADD, but Jeremy Greenberg lost me, when it came to reading what some cat supposedly wrote. I'd insert here, I come from a long line of cat observers, but in my world, I hardly have time to read pages of cat ruminations. I thought the photos were lack-luster--and in terms of age--kids likely not so much--one reviewer mentioned he has the book at work--better venue, than to assume kids. To me, this book seemed like a good idea, not a lot more. Hilarious? Not so much. Creative? Hum. (Examples of writing: cat calls a human "Little Miss Bi-Ped" This particular cat is writing to recommend herself to a human male, in lieu of a human sweetheart. This is the cat's closing line: Plus, she has no whiskers. She'll bang into stuff at night, and wake you up." My taste in humor is more subtle, more intuitive, less wordy, less a construct.

Cute little book for cat people. This would make a great little gift for the cat person in your life. Some of the little "essays" read like they were actually written by a cat, they are that spot on. And some of them are downright hilarious. I bought this used and it arrived like brand new. I recommend this little book for all feline fans. Good job!

I enjoyed this book very much. The pictures of the cats are so cute and it was enjoyable to read. I laughed out loud at some parts of this book. I gave it away for Christmas, but not until I read it first! A very nice stocking stuffer or small gift for a cat lover!
