Wish I’d discovered these sooner
These have been a lifesaver the past couple of weekends in 28+ heat. The days are really long, but having a couple of these throughout the day have stopped me getting cramps when I get home at night and I find I don’t need to drink nearly as much water as I usually do during the days work.A couple of crew I work with were struggling with the heat so I got them to try them too and they both said what a difference they made so they deserve 5 stars for having a 100% effectiveness.They taste okay, not amazing, so try and use them in chilled water if you can.

Not the tastiest, but definitely helped after a heavy night
I originally bought these to take on a stag do, hoping they'd help with hydration after a few drinks. While I can't say they're a miracle cure, I definitely felt better the following morning, so I'd call that a success.The berry flavour isn't my favourite and could definitely be improved, but it's easy enough to drink when you know you're getting the benefits. They dissolve quickly, are convenient to carry around, and are a handy way to top up your electrolytes.Whether you're using them after exercise, travelling, or recovering from a heavy night out, they do exactly what they're supposed to. For me, the benefits easily outweigh the average taste.Overall, a useful product to keep on hand. I wouldn't buy them for the flavour, but I'd happily buy them again for the hydration and how much better I felt afterwards.
