Perfect for Home Use and Locs!
I can not say enough positive things about the DOMPEL Bundle Wash Unit! It was not difficult to assemble. The protective rubber neck cover (?) fits perfectly on the bowl. It makes it more comfortable. It is very sturdy. It is deep enough to accommodate long locs. I chose to use it in my bathroom. I purchased an additional, inexpensive hose and clamp to attach to the one that came with it. It drains directly into my bathtub. DOMPEL had the best customer service! They responded and resolved a concern that I had quickly. I highly recommend giving this company and this unit a try!

A headache
Gave 3 stars because it’s convenient but a headache. The constant change of the bucket to empty out the water and also it doesn’t fit my sink faucet but didn’t advise otherwise in description. Will be returning for a refund

Easy to put together- not as comfortable as expected
This was an easy to put together product. The neck rest was not as comfortable as I expected it to be. It is a hard rubbery plastic that does not give much cushioning. It does prevent the edge of the plastic from biting into your neck. The brushes that were included were a nice touch but they were very cheap feeling. I gave them to my daughter to play with. Overall great for what I needed it for. I do wish it had been a bit more affordable.

This item is not study does not hold the water its to short for the sink. It's very uncomfortable its of poor quality and the sink doesn't function well and again its not easy

Works Great
This works great for my needs. Caring for elder parent and use to wash their hair 2-3 times a week. Easy to set up and works perfect for our needs.

Does the job
U need a bucket or trash can to catch the dirty water also the attachment for the spray this kinda sucks may just b my sink but doesn’t work well and kills all kinda of pressure so takes forever to rinse tick soapy hair or color out of hair
