Should i use the this cleaner product before applying the restorer product? and once i use the restorer product can i continue to use the cleaner?

Yes, the directions say you can use the cleaner before and after the restore. But wait 24 hours after the restore is applied

Is this same as rejuvenate cabinet/furniture restorer that comes with the mitt? Is this spray bottle easier to apply without making a mess everywhere?
