Quality product
This is a must have if you own a Dakota Digatal instrument cluster. Easy install for my truck. I used an existing opening and it fit perfect.

Works great and feels solidly built
As I expect from Dakota Digital, the switch has quite a bit of heft, giving it a sense that it’s built solid. I installed in my 1st gen pro-touring Camaro and it works great. I only wish they offered a black anodized finish option as I had to mount mine out of sight since all my interior pieces are black.

NOT Polished
The knob may appear to be polished aluminum but it is not. It is a natural, dull finish. The set screw on the knob makes it tilt slightly to one side. The wire connections on the back are very delicate. So, be careful not to brake them. The knob works as described but is not necessary as the dimming can be preset with the VHX main control module.
