Q: Does xtouchmini support assignment of sysex messages to its buttons and knobs?

You'd need to contact Behringer. There is not a lot of information regarding sysex and this model.

Q: Do the Encoders infinitely rotate?

The encoder knobs rotate infinitely, however, the LED on each knob have a minimum and a maximum position. LEDs use about 270 degrees around the knob. You will not get values higher than the maximum LED position.

Q: Does xtouchmini support programming of midi sysex messages to the encoders and buttons?

I don’t think so… it is midi over usb only. Depending on what software you are controlling you can send led on off data. I connected to librarian but could not change anything once I disconnect. I did get the LEDs to bind when using Cantabile… Hope that helps.
