Works really well , and has zero taste and no weird texture. Mixes great in my tea, don’t even need to stir it in. I appreciate that it relieved the constipation gently after just a few days. I noticed the label states it “makes you feel fuller longer” and it does not in my experience, but I didn’t buy it to feel fuller longer.

Love this stuff and it’s wonderful for the price. Mixes easily and really has no taste so if you would rather have it with water you still can! My only complaint is that it did not come with a scoop so I have to use my tsp. Measuring spoons. I have had no stomach discomfort but am going to the restroom more regularly and without struggle!

Great size for daily use. Love this fiber additive. It’s unflavored and mixes easily into water or other drinks. I like to take it with unflavored collagen in warm lemon water in the mornings. I love that it doesn’t have weird additives, flavoring, or dyes.

Great stuff if you use it in combination with your daily fiber regiment. I mix it with a morning cup of natural carrot & celery juice. It definitely works to keep you regular, along with a few sun dried figs & prunes during the day. You will notice a great improvement in your Gut health

Flavorless fiber is easy to add to so many drinks, snacks, and meals without changing the taste or texture of what you're eating. I add this to coffee, smoothies, soups, and snacks like apple sauce. Benefiber dissolves easily and truly is flavorless. I gave it four stars because the price point is high and I've tried store brands that worked as well and were a fraction of the price.
