Honestly, after a while you have to ask yourself, Why am I taking this again? Because someone says this stuff matters is not sufficient reason to take it. We don't know if it makes a difference or not because when we stopped, we didn't feel any different. Eat better. That will solve a lot of problems. Moringa doesn't really seem to have any real benefit that we can measure.

Came in stale! Horrible smell! It smelled like smoked wood and the pills was a brownish gray color and not the bright green color that moringa usually have. Had to toss in the garbage.
