You don't have to buy the sponge and media. It comes with the pump. But, you'll have to replace them eventually. The sponge can be washed and reused.

Where can I buy the UV light to replace (spec. says it lasts 10,000 hours)?

It is a 5W G23 UVGI Bulb. You can find them on Amazon or e-bay.

What are the dimensions of the filter baskets?

Roughly 3.5"w, 2"d, 2"h.......Obviously Bio media isn't an issue, and any carbon media bag works for the center basket, but the trick is the sponge. I buy fluval 30 size media sponges, cut them in half and turn them sideways and they fit perfect. Somewhat of a pain, but depending on the quantity of fish in your tank, you shouldn't need to replace your sponge but once every few months. And rinse it out about every 20 days or so

where are the part numbers for the replaceable filters and UV

I can tell you the part number which is WTCUH5L. Made by Grech , it’s a 5 watt UV light. So far I have been unsuccessful finding a US source and or equivalent. I’m still looking just in case.
