This face mask does wonders for a headache or hangover. You can put it in the freezer and take it out when needed. The straps on the back can be adjusted for tightness and the mask is big enough to cover your whole face.

This works fantastic! It helped my husband recover from a deviated septum surgery and was the only thing that helped him sleep at night! We'd recommend keeping it in the fridge and not the freezer though for comfort purposes. Overall it holds up well quality wise!

This did not work for what I needed. I had major dental surgery and need it for my jawline. I had to hold it down to get any kind of relief. I would not recommend for dental surgery. But for any kind of facial surgery yes would recommend.

I really love it, especially for a short cool down on hot days. But if you have any heart problems, you should ask your doc' about cold face immersion, as it can be a shock to your heart.

I have severe headaches with intense facial neuropathy , it was indeed very nice to get this mask my previous one was hopeless (way too tight) although the frost is still painful initially, but after a little while that disappears and it does it's job very nicely.
