Sealer, 5 gal, Clear, Epoxy, Matte to Satin

The sealer was easy to apply. The sealer turned the sand between the pavers into concrete. There are no longer any weeds on the patio. The pavers look great, there is a sheen not a shinny look.

Amazing product. I hired a paver company to pressure wash and re-sand about 3000 sft of pavers. The first time around, they didn't even use polymeric sand. So I had them redo the entire job using polymeric sand available from Home Depot. Some of the stuff set correctly, but most of it did not and it is sandy everywhere. So, I ordered 5 Gallon SB 1300 and sprayed it onto the pavers after re-sanding them my self with Polymeric Sand. After one hour, the entire treated area had become solid and like concrete. Super easy to do. It is expensive but worth the money if you only need to do the job one time.

I just applied the product on a 1200 sq/ft flagstone patio two days ago. I called the company and one of their techs recommended the 1300 instead of the 5000 for my application. I still have about 1 1/2 gal remaining, so I will order more and apply two coats. It slightly enhances the colors and has a slight sheen, but does not feel slippery. My wife is very happy with the look of the patio, so I guess that is all that matters. If it holds up well through the West Slope Colorado winter I will LOVE it. Dave

Make sure the pavers are properly prepped before applying as any remaining stain on a paver will be sealed in. Especially great for sealing grout joints that may have eroded over time from weather.

This stuff works as advertised. It’s a matte finish so don’t expect glossy or wet finish with this. We’ve had a lot of rain and all the sand joints are locked. I prefer this stuff over the polymer sand because it’s easier to rip up bricks and fix problems that might come up.

This product was used during original installation. I liked the mat look finish. We decided to go with a more semi gloss look for enhancement this time. The company accepted the return and provided refund with no issues.

The product goes on really well with a normal painting roller. High quality finish and very good protection. Highly recommended. it lasts us 2 years before we have to apply another coat. traffic area is very heavy.
